Hi everyone! I recently got my CA real estate salesperson license back in June. After assisting a real estate agent in the Newport area for a few months, I decided to look into house flipping, wholesaling, and rehab to rent properties as a way of generating my own cash flow. My cousin (potential business partner) recently attended a seminar on wholesaling which is the first I've heard of that concept. Right now we are gathering our investors and getting a business plan together to hopefully get in the game. Any and all knowledge about any of the above mentioned topics is appreciated. We are excited to get our real estate business up and running and hoping this could be a full time, long term career for the both of us!
