Kamloops is currently rated (by REIN) as one of the top 5 cities to invest in Canada.Cheers there is a really cool Cabin on Campbell lake I would dearly love to have and live there spring fishing and fall fishing.. fishing is better over in the Kamloops region than Kelowna at least for the still water I like to do.

Mark gets it.Yes they WILL scope you out, and if you are memorable, different, unique, anything that sets you apart, be it a fancy logo, a beautiful yomanz on the card, what ever  it is, it only helps your case.See keep this golden rule in mind when doing any kind of marketing.

Real estate is pretty uniquely insulated from the fluctuations of the market at-large, so investing in other things comes with greater inherent risks, of course (plus you can re-fi out and re-invest depending on the circumstances).
