Maybe it is, maybe it is not but I think you have your counter-party ideas sort of backwards.It's safe to say I have sold a loan or two and chatted with both new and experienced note buyers.

Would be glad to chat via phone as these are somewhat complex issues.

Yesterday afternoon, the fellow who ploughs our multi-units was cleaning up one of the parking lots and stopped to have a chat with me in just his shirt sleeves {thankfully long} ... but after 5-minutes, looking at him was making me cold so I had to leave.

I have spoken to most of them and can probably give you some pointers about others to chat with.

We chatted about the flip last night, and he told me that he thinks he can 'gut a room in one day and put it all back together (electrical, drywall, trim) in one day (!).

I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone and gaining a ton of knowledge.
