You basically only need to know how to operate a mouse to play the game, because the first couple of hours don't require any ability to diagnose problems with the house.The most positive thing I can say about the game is that it's very drunk person friendly if you're like me and tend to prefer games with competition but don't want to derank if you've been drinking.

If STNL and tenants pay the taxes it can still affect their ability to operate the business and be profitable with all in costs.For MTNL the CAM above base rents lots of single operator to mulit unit inline retail tenants cannot absorb high property taxes that pushes their all in rent with cam too high to stay open.

Quite a bill for a unit that rents for $700 a month.I can end the month to month lease and insist the tenant pay the cleanup bill, but they will likely just skip town and I'll never see them again.
