New to the game needing some advice

Hey guys I am seeking some real advice on how and when would be a good time to step out of my job fire my boss and start up my real estate business I have roughly 10k in savings right now. any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated getting super annoyed as each day passes being a slave.

@Tyler Tronson hello Tyler and welcome. It's such a strange coincidence that I was listening to a podcast earlier today (Show 127) and Josh actually asked the guest speaker your specific case. I'll just tell you what they said, "Don't do it". Having a W2 job has its advantages. Primarily, it's the ability to get a loan from the bank. 10k will not get you far. The power in Real Estate is the ability to leverage money that is not yours to create wealth for yourself. You are shooting yourself in the foot if you quit now.
