@Arlan Potter thank you so much for the advice, that is great to know as I am thinking to start small as well, and learn as I go then do bigger projects, rental properties are in my plan but a little further in the future, as I would like to use my energy for the time being since I have it.

The bank is going to want to know your residency status, past, present, future.

My goal for the near future is to dive into single family homes using the BRRRR strategy. 

I’m currently repairing my credit and studying up on different methods, so I don’t think this would be an option for me right now but I’d love to find out more to keep it as a potential option int he future.
