BTW: That so called 'drain line' is actually a line from a steam pop-off value to protect from a runaway heating cycle- - it's on TOP of the heater and can't possibly assist in draining the tank; that's what the hosebib is for at the Bottom of the tank.

Andrew, I agree that the PM did not represent you in the best interest, perhaps the initial intent was existing but it quickly slipped out of control when the drained the prepaid rent, I wonder if they had a late fee policy, because rent is not complete without a full late fee payment as well, after month 2 they could not have had enough funds to pay month three ?

Those years were also the ones to me around here when they had shifted from pier and beam to slabs, so they were still learning what works....maybe we are still learning....or maybe there is nothing in that black gumbo dirt that works.There are other things I look for in those areas....how things drain or the topograhphy of the lot.

One of the places I stayed on the trip did have a shower head and plumbing on the wall, but no tub or shower stall, just a drain in the middle of the floor and a shower curtain, presumably to protect the rest of the room which included a commode and a wash basin.

The propety needs new roof-probably structure too that makes the roof, all windows and doors, and full interior redone from studs up-electric, plumbing, gas lines, drains, etc-Literally building new houses inside existing shell.
