You may also want to consider other sources that already have the phones matched and included.As to your bigger picture issue - lack of results: for most folks that aren't successful with direct mail it is not the list that is the problem - it is the message.

Create a package and then start networking.Go to meet ups and message people around you in your area who are also on bigger pockets. 

I was extremely fortunate to make a connection with a listener of the Bigger Pockets podcast who put me onto the show.

In the meantime, I'm consuming as much Bigger Pockets books/podcasts/webinars as possible!
