Realtor and New Investor from Metro Detroit Looking to Network

Hello Bigger Pockets community, my name is Justin Abney and I am a full-time realtor and new real estate investor from the metro Detroit area. I’ve been a member of BP for a couple months and am an avid listener of the BP podcast, but never used the forums until now. I decided it was time for me to take massive action and use all the tools BP has to offer and start using the forum in order to reach my dreams of becoming a successful real estate investor. I'm interested in fix and flips and owning rental property (multifamily), then transitioning to commercial property down the line. I also want to learn different strategies to diversify my portfolio.  I’m excited to learn and network with other investors and hopefully partner with a few in the future.
