A few things in my life have changed recently to make my entry into this new world a bit easier and now, I'm ready to start getting serious!

hi josh. i have thought at times about doing the vacation rental house thing myself. maybe some day i will do it. first and foremost, education is a great thing, but you can spend too much time on education and never spend anytime in the real world education center. my advice???

What's the best way of targeting the mobile home world?

This seems like a homerun in my world.

There is a big difference from a 4 unit to a 50 unit in the world of finance, and you'd be surprised at the difference between financing a 4-plex to an 8-plex.It's going to be a great ride for sure.

(and world) and technology doesn't inhibit our ability to provide required services. 

Best words of advice I can give about any subject...Learn ferociously for a short period of time (always with the intent of applying the knowledge), take a few of the concepts you learn into the real world on a small scale to actually feel it and gain confidence, make a plan with short and long term goals and then attack it.

This allows for remote access any where in the world.
