@Percy N. the middle sized unit is on a VA (governmet) lease that cannot be broke, and the smaller unit is a studio around 500 feet so it is too small for me, boyfriend, and a dog.So the only real option is to have the renter in the biggest unit, month to month lease, leave so I can move in.

Hi there,We bought a house last April in a heritage area of Richmond VA,great elementary schools, character etc & locked into a great 15 yr rate with unlimited overpayment.

I have gotten some good tips from his posts, however the spelling in the past few posts makes me wonder if he is using a cheap VA to respond to certain keywords on here.
