I almost didn't post because I hate to throw in some negativity, but here is a different perspective.You're also inadvertently leaving out people who CAN'T have those jobs, ie retired people and some people with disabilities.

Working around people isn't a big deal; most addition and major systems work happens with people still living there.

In my area, there seems to be a ceiling on what people will pay for rent and if they have enough income to rent a $500,000 home, they will just buy one instead.

I look up as much information as I can through search engines but in todays world, a lot of people have more unique jobs and I do not want to call only the numbers the applicant has provided.

Many people in this country love NOT to pay taxes --- who doesn't.
