People with good credit are rewarded with same.a little off topic but when i was activly HML in Mississippi I had a pretty significant LOC with Trustmark .. and when talking to my banker there he told me they really focused on the medical profession.. providing all the capital for those folks to buy their homes with minimal down include the furniture and cars etc etc.. i could not figure out how these under 40 doctors were living in million dollar homes with 300k in toys :)  the banker said once we have these doctors as clients we have them for life and their entire banking needs.My personal banker in Oregon their bank really goes after Dentists .. and they do the same thing.  

I found that different lenders have different approaches to how the enforce and take on a VA loan client. 

If a client purchases an entire kitchen remodel for $25,000, it does NOT increase the value of their home $25,000. 

You and your wife are both entitled to utilize a VA loan for a home purchase due to the fact that you have both served on active duty and meet all the requirements to qualify. 

Having said all that, I do think office space can be a good investment if you get a good price and it's in a good location.Certain businesses will probably always need a professional setting that is not their home to meet with clients.

Maybe they owe you some money and don't want the confrontation.No matter the reason, it doesn't serve any purpose trying to guess what you'll find.

@Aaron FarrMost we've had going is 3 at one time, if my memory serves. 

We don't go with first come, first serve because we would rather have tenants take the time necessary to thoughtfully and accurately complete the application.
