I'm looking for a responsible agent when I can ring the agent I can find someone to talk to and also an agent that responds back my emails promptly with my questions being answered.Would prefer if the agent is in Florida.

I have even offered him $500 to pay for gas money and get him through a few days until his check clears but again he doesn’t respond.

Whether it's a house hack, rental property, or short-term rental, hopefully someone responds here. 

Sometimes, I have to reach out to listing agents directly because I notice that they respond quicker to me than to my agent.

You will respond to emergency issues with the property within 24 hours and within a week for less urgent items.- Get this all documented into an updated version of the lease if you can.
