Cost segregation study needed.

I am looking for a referral to conduct a professional cost segregation study on a new building in SE NC that we are developing.  Project is a commercial build to suit / new development 45,000 +/- SF; approx $10M investment.  Project is approximately 50% complete at the moment.  I am the General Contractor and partner on the project.  Thank you
