It could take up to 10 years or more to grow to the point of having significant enough income to replace a paycheck.If you want to flip you could be facing some very lean times without a job to support you or you would need deep pockets.High paying consistent long term employment is the easiest way to successfully invest.

Luckily no agent is ever tied to a brokerage for good, so even if it were to tank, I'll have had the start I needed and learned some things and can make the next best move at that point.In keeping with the informative dialog (I highly respect your opinion and BP input by the way), do you happen to know how much of that debt to grow is financed by agent stock options?
