Kitchens, bathrooms, and master bedrooms are generally more important.  

A few years later, we re-purposed a large walk-in closet to a master bathroom and went a little crazy (close to$14k), but adding a 3rd bathroom (and making a house w/out a master complete with one) paid dividends in value (and my marriage:) We went into purposely and for the "value add" component.Finance:  At the time my wife and I were only approved for a fraction of what we could afford due to renting out our home (with a large mortgage).  

I would like to create a master suite, turning the existing closest which backs into the existing bathroom, into a small master bathroom and extend the house out to enlarge the room and add a closet.

I am a trained journalist, and have also studied community development for my Masters.

The reasoning is that you can form multiple subsidiary LLC's under a Master/Parent LLC.  

Going through the numbers I noticed that the building currently has one master meter for electricity, which the owner pays for out of pocket.

Install Stain Master Vinyl plank floating floors to all rooms.

The contractor that did my bathrooms suggested I knock out two walls in the master suite to create a walk-in closet in the master and rearrange the bathroom layout.
