The organization that John Oliver used is called "RIP Medical Debt", they've raised close to $1 million to use towards forgiving medical debt so far. 

Obviously I am sure this varies a bit from state to state as far as enforcement, but overall, Rhode Island does offer protection to the LLC if it is operated accordingly and pays attention to the smaller details associated with maintaining good standing and organization.  

Keeping in mind that the charity may be individuals and not organized non-profits.

We do use DocuSign for a few things that AppFolio does not provide functionality to but most is done through AppFolio. 

So we are looking for the same functionality with the added ability to populate directly to everyone's calendar, send notification when new tasks are created and integrate with all devices we use...and of course give our portfolio managers ability to run reports to ensure timeliness and thoroughness.
