Initially, we had a modern design in mind, but our contractor suggested cheaper items, particularly for the flooring.

Fortunately, code changes, practices become modernized, and not all electrical work is actually done by an electrician.

So not worth the money, at least not in my market - you can build a very nice kitchen with modern laminate tops.

As far as companies go, I’d suggest American Modern, or Auto-Owners if they are nicer properties.

And soundproofing it up the ying yang! 

I own one storage facility that is a dump (but it makes really good money) and I want to completely overhaul and modernize it but the prices don't make sense right now.

I understand the general yin-yang that when demand for bonds increases, it pushes down yields and brings rates down with it, but I am hungry for a deeper understanding—a view behind the curtain of how the whole system works.
