Am I closer to my "ideal" life than I was Yesterday?"....

I deal with a contractor in Maryland and correct me if I am wrong but Maryland has just passed a code that houses need to have sprinkler systems throughout.

Ideally I would like to invest in Nashville market, however the inventory here is very low for my price point and thus I have started looking out.

I can't point you either to where it says running a red light is against the law, but because it's a law I deal with on a daily basis I know that it is in fact against the law to run a red light, the same way I deal with TRID on a daily basis and know that it's against the law to disclose the other sides numbers.

Ideally someone that invests themselves.

Also considering that I would occupy one of the rooms for a year to fulfill my VA Loan Requirements, what would be the ideal monthly rent to make this work?

Hi @Jay Hinrichs - I see you're very active on BP, so I appreciate you chiming in.However, in your statement you make very many incorrect assumptions and broad stroke generalizations as they apply to my experience, financial status and overall understanding of the people I am working with.While I do appreciate the dialog with you I am not looking to debate incorrect assumptions and generalizations that may not apply to what I may or may not have & the sophistication of the folks I am engaging with.

I picked 25 years, because that would be the ideal time for me to retire, but i plugged in for 30 years.
