Much of the country lives in total poverty, there are many instances of human rights abuse, and terrorism remains an ever-present threat.

It was well maintained, lots of nice lawn and flowers, and they considered it to be just as good as having a pretty park across the street, minus all the drunks who hang out in parks.I also know an awful lot of folks who like to stop in cemetaries as they travel and read the headstones.I don't think there is much stigma attached to a cemetary, as long as it is reasonably well maintained and not a weed patch or a hang out for the local meth dealers.
