I have invested in a number of their portfolios already, and I wrote about it after my first investment with them:  Have I Found the Holy Grail of Passive Real Estate Investing?

I found very little interest from craigslist cold calls/emails.  

Analyzed my first potential fix and flip a couple hours ago and found that my max offer would have to be about $22k below asking - I have a feeling that this set of analysis tools is going to prove invaluable to my success.Anyway, just wanted to share where I'm at in my journey.  

Hi everyone, I found a pre-foreclosure deal with some equity.

I guess the question is, what was found on the report that caused you to back out?

And I still haven't found the lists to always be accurate regarding equity.  

I understand that real estate is a lot of work and currently I don’t have the education for it, so I took it upon myself to do some research and found Bigger Pockets.

I found the property on Zillow and from the looks of the purchase history, it was sold in June and back on the market end of July so this one was rehabbed and the-listed.

I'm flipping in Indianapolis now and have found decent people there

I am currently using a spreadsheet, which is ok for regular payments but it gets problematic with late payments, NSF, extra principle, etc.Has anyone found software that is beneficial to DYI lenders?
