Although there is a substantial lag now between the last assessment and the asked-for sale price, things WILL catch up.

I randomly bought @Brandon Turner's The Book on Rental Property Investing, which did two things for me - 1) it opened my eyes as to what was possible in the world of real estate investing, and 2) it introduced me to BP and the great community of real estate entrepreneurs that tell their inspiring stores.

Selling a multi anywhere right now will most likely net more eyes and offers on the market with an experienced agent and one that knows how to sell multis.

I just have to get better at running comps to get a good eye of what will make a good deal or bad one.

They can recommend home inspectors, provide a second set of eyes to prevent you from missing something or making a mistake, and more.
