Hello My BP Community!

Hello My BP Community!

My name is Gabbie, and I am a newbie RE investor in the Metro Detroit Area looking to build a nice portfolio of flips and multi-family houses. While I'm new to the REI arena, I believe I have a good grasp of the RE lingo/ terms as I have spent the last couple of months reading, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, taking notes, building a plan of action. I also have a good eye and always got into small remodeling projects as a hobby either for myself or my friends.

I know that in theory one might feel he/she is ready but, in reality many things can go wrong. Of course, a bit of fear lingers regardless of my strong determination to dive in as soon as I can.

So, I was thinking that before doing so, before jumping into this pool of opportunities, I would love to connect with people in my area and other areas as well and open the channel of communication.

Looking forward to a new chapter in my life!

Hello everyone!

I wanted to thank you all @Wale Lawal, @Olu Lijadu, @Julio Gonzalez, @Justin Windham for the warm welcome, the great book recommendations (all have been added to my reading list!) and all the links provided! BP is indeed the right place to be!
