So, there are very few properties in desirable neighborhoods under $50k, let alone $30k. 

@Michael GandiaI know of a couple of triplexes for sale in a desirable area in New Bern.

There is even a filter for Tiny Houses, so it must be fairly popular and desirable.

I think its a great way to get into real estate investing, especially for folks that don't have the time or desire to put in all the work required to do the work themselves or put together a team.
