When newer investors start seeing information that you guys are providing that they aren't seeing anywhere else, they'll start to approach you about how they can learn the business.Trust me on that -- I get at least a dozen emails a day from new BP members who see my articles and posts and contact me to ask if I provide training/coaching services (I don't).If you took all the time you spent arguing in this thread and dedicated it to providing solid information that's above and beyond what you can get in an Intro to Investing book, you'd get all the leads you could handle.

A manager has a ton of vetted contractors already in their fold and while very large projects certainly may warrant a full on project manager from what you describe you might can get away with just an experienced manager who can dedicate someone to that particular project.
