They did state via the mobile notary that I acknowledged / understood that the loan was against my property.Good luck and hope it works out if you proceed!

Anything can have a good ROI if you, a) get it cheap and b) rent it high.Bear in mind though, that a lot of people will look down on a mobile home.

My issue is that I installed the RentRedi mobile app and none of the information I have in my dashboards (property, tenants, documents) appear inside the mobile app.

Currently we're using a single Skype account where the VA logs into Skype via their desktop/Mobile app - but now we're expanding, it would seem Skype may not be the best option for multiple phone accounts.As far as I understand, we'd need to have individual Skype accounts for every VA!

Unless you specialize in mobile home parks, I would stay away from trailers.

You all have been very helpful in the past and I'm hoping you can help me again.I am selling my pre-owned mobile home on 1.5 acres in the DFW area of Texas. 

I want to invest in a small mobile home park, but I only have 10k and only have a couple people that i believe would invest with me.

You can buy a vacant lot for less and just place a brand new mobile home/modular that is turn key.
