@Arturo Picaso , I will let you know but I can tell you in my zip code lease signs stay up about a week, then they are rented.  

The building codes are in a constant flux and finding a contractor that can hit time lines while navigating city code is a challenge for most.

I recently ran across a similar court case where the IRS took issue with this (thought I think the facts are slightly different).If it's a single member LLC, what business activity code would you choose on Schedule C when you report the income?

I go after probate, tax deed auctions, vacant houses, code enforcement, out of state owners etc.

I can tell you that those zip codes are really competitive. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.I have set a Florida Post Code as this is where my brother lives, otherwise, I am not able to post.

I go directly to the county recorders of deeds website and look for code enforcement liens.

In most cases, if you're outside official city lines, county codes apply.
