Quick question for you all....what CRM software are you using to manage all of your contacts and automate many of your processes/postings/etc.  

I have paid to go to seminars and have a mentorship along with some other things but i know this isnt a get rich quick scheme and feel I need something more than just a webinar or some software to get me started. maybe i need that extra push and essentially shown the different ways to look at this so to speak from someone active.

I am a software engineer full time and part time real estate investor/landlord.

That led to our first software company VeeCal which then brought in sales leading us to a career switch and now to our current location in Branson Missouri.We started out with a resort and then grew into condominiums.

I've also been working as a software developer since 1999 (dropped out of college to cash in on the dot-com boom and never went back).

I'm a software developer and my time available to do REI is limited.

I was a Realtor and sold REO properties from 2006 -2010 here in Vegas and then went back to school to use my GI bill and now I'm a software engineer working remotely for a company out of Denver,CO.

Most lenders like to see 1yr of receiving rent payments (from bank statements, PM software ledgers, etc.) but each one is different.

She also has some kind of software that can remove information from web sites into a spreadsheet format. 

I just brought on a new VA and want to get more sophisticated with this using some software.
