Vegas I'm not a fan of.There is a ton out there.

Detroit has always been one of the riskiest cities but there are people who defend it.A lot of it depends on what your risk comfort level is, how much work do you want to do on a long-distance property, do you want some appreciation potential with it on top of the cash flow, are you a fan of headaches or prefer to avoid them (some markets are better for avoiding them than others), etc.

I think we have some time before prices start heading up in any aggressive way.In fact, I believe we are likely to see another dip between now and the end of 2015.On the mortgage side, I am a big fan of using leverage to buy and then paying it off as quickly as possible.

It's quiet, given that it has a fan.

From the input recived from other buyers they are not a fan of the 2/1 but this is too good of a property to see if fall at the waist side.
