Just found this blog. Amazing. Got my start when I was 21 just after the last real estate implosion over 20 years ago! If I only knew then what I know now. At the time I built up an MF portfolio that I later sold off in 2005. Having seen a full "super cycle" I am so excited about the market today!

I love this site! Brings together fans of real estate. I now run a property management company that manages SF and MF properties in CT. It's great to be a part of people's plan for building for their long term prosperity and retirement!

Welcome to BP! Always good to see some more folks from CT here. You will find a wealth of information on this site which is absolutely invaluable. I especially enjoy the podcasts. Have you been to the local REIA meetings? I attend primarily for networking purposes not for the coaching or guru stuff.

I am trying to get a meetup started sometime in March. Let me know if you have any interest.
