At the moment, I believe the following tasks are NOT delegatable and remain core tasks:-Developing relationships by providing value-Getting smarter through learning, taking action and speaking with people-Being healthy - mental health and physical health through fitness/diet-Casting a vision or strategy for your life and your team's lifeSome tasks I believe can be delegated/systematized:-Finding deals - with help of brokers, wholesalers, marketing-Scheduling -through softwares like calendly-Property management through traditional property managers or digital assistantsThese are just a few that come to mind.

@Paul SandhuI’m not sure if this is what your Chinese engineers are doing, but when my Taiwanese parents (small, Mandarin Chinese-speaking island off the coast of China) come to visit, they unplug the Roku in the guest room and hook up something called a Moon Box so they can get their Chinese language programming for free.

When it comes to state specific study apps, I would still do a search in the app or play store (depending on your phone) and look for some practice test programs that have a decent star rating and high customer downloads.

Just left an RE-Mentor 3 day workshop and after having already spent $4,000, I was debating paying an extra $40k-$80k to join the mentorship and coaching program but a friend who was already in real estate advised me to save that money and to rather network and invest my time and resources in local coaches, reading books, starting small and scaling up.
