Just left an RE-Mentor 3 day workshop and after having already spent $4,000, I was debating paying an extra $40k-$80k to join the mentorship and coaching program but a friend who was already in real estate advised me to save that money and to rather network and invest my time and resources in local coaches, reading books, starting small and scaling up. Hence bigger pockets seemed like a good way to start my journey.

Name’s Jeremiah and I am 36 years old and currently reside in Houston, TX. By day I am a software engineer for ExxonMobil and by late noon and early evening I own a small digital marketing business. By nighttime, I divide my time into reading books, spending time with my family, and planning to retire by 40.

While the income from my day job and my business seems like a good footing in life, it’s not enough to have financial freedom and build generational wealth. Hence, real estate investment in multi family properties has picked my interest and I would like to start this journey sooner than later.
