I would be very concerned that the current numbers will not sustain once a vaccine is available and folks start to travel overseas and to traditional destinations.

Some are saying vaccine might be 2 years or never, just like AIDS.

I would not touch this with a measles-vaccinated iron crowbar.

Did you require proof and a letter from their vet on vaccination shots and neutering as well as any bite history??

COVID – We had vaccines well before any neighbors.

Meaning, I think people will eventually return to what they were doing to a degree, even if it's a few years after a vaccine, people get more comfortable going back out, etc.I just think there is too much opportunity, research labs, talent, night life, all sorts of things in Boston (and other cities) that will never cease to attract people.But again, to your point, I think this current situation will affect things greatly.

Thanks @Eric Schultz and after considering the stimulus passage, where we're at with vaccines and such, I agree with there being more appreciation juice left in the market.

Though I still have most of them as 3 are being sent to the UK and the pups need to be a bit older and have gotten rabies vaccination which you cannot do until they turn 12 weeks.

Just be sure to bring masks, vaccination records, sanitizer, a yardstick, ........

I feel confident that the market will return once a vaccine or another effective treatment is available, but concern that the near term events could push prices and rent down.With the recent price appreciation in markets due to less inventory and the current economic environment.
