I saw this item on an email from my servicer and am concerned if we are violating any state regs for NC since we have loans in Charlotte and one of my VAs has been doing the consumer outreach for workouts.

I'm seriously thinking about hiring a VA to take my responses from the post caresAnyone else with experience of VAs or Joe and Peter's program please fee free to chime in. 

I also used 3 different email addresses but all from the same computer (so same IP address).I have not posted anything for a few days so none are repeats of something that is active recently on the site.I assume that I should be okay for just these ads but if someone knows I would be interested in finding out:- How many I can post from the same IP address (Not at the point where I'm going to hire VAs to do this) in a short time?

There are reputable agencies that some of these VAs work through that perform background checks, monitor their work and give access codes to only the individuals who need to be privy to certain information.

I pay him more than most VAs out of India (6.50/hour), but he's well worth it.

Closest thing for what you're looking for is probably www.tapetechs.com it's a paid service that uses VAs to scrub tapes in preliminary stages of due diligence.
