Recommendations for Virtual Assistants? Experience?

Has anyone had experience with VAs?

I'm realizing now I need one badly.

This would be mainly for day-today assistance in sourcing deal for flipping/ buy and hold, property management of our own rentals (office and residential), as well as for many other tasks: website, social media, marketing, crunching numbers for deals, small projects....the list can go on forever

I was thinking eventually having a full time assistant for office management as well?  anyone have experience or suggestions on how to source a local assistant? I as thinking of interns from schools or people interested in learning RE?

I'm realizing that I need to expand my business and outsource more efficiently to really succeed in this business.  Things really take too much time, and time is something I simply don't have enough of.

Thanks so much!

Below are the Virtual Assistants that I've heard mentioned on BP or other places
