Down the road, you will probably have to change out the "brain" that all these lights are plugged into, in order to get it to talk to iOS 15, or Android 30, or to get rid of the "plz Paypal $100 to hacker -at- example.ru to get your lights back" virus in it

But it boils down to a lot of the same tactics a wholesaler will use to weed out non-hackers who will become time wasters.After that it'll depend hugely on what kind of contractor you're hiring.

What really caught my attention is a duplex appeals to two markets in terms of selling - 1) investors get two sources of income under one roof. 2) This property also appeals to house-hackers.

I was cleaning out closets to prep for paint and in the corner of the upper shelf found a baggy of what I assume were drugs of unidentifiable type ... and no I did not test them out to see what they were ...Another one that is more common but what I use as a "tell" that I'm likely to get a good deal is this ... for bank foreclosures, in my market they don't have to worry about freezing pipes so they normally turn the water service off ... well, for some reason some people still see fit to use the bathroom facilities even though the water is off.

As others have said, Greece has been involved in this hand waving non-action, in which they assure the EU they are going to reform and stop overspending, then they turn around and tell their voters they won't have any austerity as then they continue to do absolutely nothing about the problem, this is exactly what @Gene Hacker has said.

It's been an interesting experience on my end. One tenant in a MIL apartment attached to my house. I've had good and bad tenants, but when you get a bad one (read that, loud and just doesn't get it...) it really sucks...

I know tht realtors who want to build long term relationships will need to pay attention to the power of the web and social networking.I think one of the drawbacks might be the need for increased security from hackers seeing that large databases will probably be centralized.I noticed google is willing to provide info, tool, training and hosting for those wanting to develope their own projects.http://code.google.com/The internet is evolving so rapidly, with opportunities presenting themselves daily, that I'm planning on going back to school and focusing on web programing.
