Jacksonville Beach Area

I’m looking to start networking with multi family investors in the Jacksonville Beach area. I’ve been saving and learning for 5 years and I’m ready to start the next chapter and hoping to find some great people to connect with on here.

Would love to hear your opinions on the Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach area if you’ve played in that space.

Thanks!

Hey Adam,

Brett had some great points. Evaluate your goals and decide why you are investing where you are. Being so close to Jacksonville, I would definitely agree that there are more profitable areas in Jax than the beaches. I've spent a good deal of time evaluating the areas and find that Jacksonville is a great area to be investing in right now. Good luck!

Thanks,

Tyler
