It's just simple numbers and following through.Right now we're looking down the barrel of a recession, and people on BP are touting leveraging.

We're touted as one of the hottest places to be, and it's not untrue. 

The chances of executing on a "slam dunk" deal that you hear people on BP tout is highly unlikely when it's your first deal and you're not all-in on real estate.  

Google the lead generators that people tout.

My comments fall on the general and normal processes for foreclosure, not the "one-off", isolated million ways of possible scenarios that some tout.

I'd love to meet the person that touts that as a "bad investment". 

BPers sometimes tout these investing "rules" as if they are laws that need to be followed. 

I’m considering selling several of the properties below and I think I’m going to go the turnkey rental route in the Midwest, or Memphis, or Birmingham, or any of the places often touted on here as great for cashflow.

It seems to be touted as the best REI book around and I just don’t agree.

(In my experience at least) The lender may tout this as saving you a couple hundred on the appraisal, but you really get what you pay for.
