If you are from the Va beach area like I am, you are almost certainly familiar with the infamous jet noise which is not always pleasant.

This project has walls framed, wires ran to the outlets/boxes but no insulation, drywall, paint/texture, trim or flooring.

I have two land deals that we have recently put under contract and I want to plan a few acres on both for storage. we bought the same airplane years ago and still talk on our aircraft forums however he moved up to a nice little jet  LOL

After a year you can jet and move on somewhere else. 

You can go with a textured finish to hide minor imperfections, which is why textured ceilings are so popular.I think drop ceilings are cheap quick-fix options that don't hold up well in heavy-use rental properties in the C and D-classes.

Hi Josh,If you're going to do this, you'll need to find the leak and fix it before fixing the ceiling.If it's wet up there beware of electricity too.The ceiling can be a homeowner fix (how well it's done is up to you and your skill).If you choose to try it, you'll will need to match the drywall texture, and prime the fix and entire discolored area with primer that covers water spots, and repaint the area to match (or the whole ceiling).If the drywall is heavily damaged that will need to be replaced too.The sell texture repair spray to help with this (see YouTube for how to use it).Good Luck!

We have every major and minor chain you can think of but my latest thing has been Jet's Pizza.

Your able to ride your boat and jet skis in your back yard conveniently located off the interstate five here in Rogue River Oregon.

Based on this, I hired out just the mudding, taping, and texturing after I hung my own drywall.

I have my ATP and thousands of jet hours but just getting back into General Aviation to supplement my RE biz and personal family travel.
