Riverfront air bnb and rental property

Investment Info:

Mobile home buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $125,000

Own a riverfront property that I am trying to turn into an air bob property. It has amazing fishing, rafting and sandy beach access with boat dock. Your able to ride your boat and jet skis in your back yard conveniently located off the interstate five here in Rogue River Oregon.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great location and unlimited cash flow possibility

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I bought it from a family friend. I also bought it 50k under market value

How did you finance this deal?

Paid for it cash

How did you add value to the deal?

I updated the place with modern appliances and re roofed house

What was the outcome?

It is worth 50 k more in just one year after buying the place

I did this deal by myself and learned through bigger pockets
