First time in TN. How's Knoxville?

First time coming to TN. Will be driving from Nashville to the Great Smoky Mountains. Would love to get any thoughts on Knoxville/Maryville whether it be real estate agents, PMs, contractors, where to start looking or what restaurant I should stop by! How's the market here?

Much appreciated!

@Christopher Lee There are so many good things happening in Knoxville right now. A ton of new manufacturing facilities are coming soon as well, along with hundreds of new jobs and new employees. It's a super hot market and good deals are harder and harder to come by, but you can still cash flow with rentals. It's one of the best places to invest right now!
