I know that’s kind of a vague question but I’m looking to build 1100sqft house. 2 bed 2 bath.

There are some non-financial reasons for having to buy a new construction that are out of my control, but I'm looking for advice in helping me decide the best route between 3 options (purchase will be all cash): Option 1: 3 bed/ 2.5 bath townhome in Wesley Chapel (near the lagoon). 

These are smaller 650 Sq ft 1 bed and studio size apartments.

I was able to finish the attic and basement making it a 6 bed 3 bath home.

The space is big enough for a bed, has a window, etc. 

Upstairs, the bright master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath, There are two other two bedrooms—a queen room and a twin room.

We had a guest that report they were bitten by a bed bug, which they killed and didn't have its remains to confirm if it was or was not a bed bug. 

With that said, if you are going to adjust based on price per sqft make sure it's the same number of beds and baths.

Also, I have all the info on the mobile homes Manufacturer, year, model numbers, beds, baths length, width as well as what was paid for each unit.
