It's hard to tell from some of these reviews what is good or bad.Also, if anyone has a printer that they think might be better for me, please let me know which one.I'm looking for something that has color, a document feeder, and a glass tray for scanning.

Other times houses are uninsured if there is peeling paint, broken/cracked glass or missing handrails, all of which are HUD hot buttons.

I don't know if it was simply the fashion or whether our ancestors were 10ft tall, but it eats away the heating.Despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to find a solution to this.

I don't think the kitches are all that taste specific, and thye have some nice luxery features like glass front cabinets and country kitchen sinks.I don't do much staging past very clean and move-in ready, but I don't think I would use Ikea furniture for staging.

I have (although do not currently) managed buildings in two of the absolute worst neighborhoods on the island- where toddlers play on old discarded mattresses laying by the roadside in broken glass- but still applied the same criteria when obtaining new tenants for these properties.

Other issues were water stains, water leaks, Fireplace chimney wasnt tall enough and she was questioning the stableness of the building.

Look for places that look like the owners don't have the time (or money) to maintain the property: pealing paint, grass that is over 6 inches tall, weeds in the flowerbeds, etc.These people are usually distressed to some extent.
