There is a lot of helpful information here.First I would head over to CT REIA, they are the biggest REIA in New England and there are a lot of great speakers there.I would always suggest to start a business plan, and follow the plan.

I tend to agree with that speaker, in fact, very much in the short term.The only advantage I can think of to a lease-option is that they are often written for longer terms, more than one year.There is nothing in a lease-option that can be arranged under a sale contract.

I also have Hispanic applicants and I don't speak Spanish, What I have found is that the Spanish-only speakers will have a person accompany them who will do the translation; sometimes an adult family member, sometimes it is even a minor family member, sometimes it is somebody unrelated.

One caveat, if the club presents a speaker who is selling a product/products the large majority of the time, I would infer that to be their motivation, some of the products can be great, but as you have heard time and again, all of the information that you need to succeed can be found on BP...2: What is the topic?
