Spanish Contracts

I'm a property manager in California and am taking on properties in an area where I may have non-english speaking tenants. What are my requirements as far as providing documents in spanish? Do I need to have a rental application, lease, etc all in spanish? Am I discriminating if I do not provide an application in spanish? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank You!
