They will suck your blood and soul to manage.

Or maybe he's just a kind hearted soul giving up some of his spread because he wants to pay it forward...

Thanks for sharing your story it truly is quite inspiring to see when you put your mind, heart and soul into something how truly amazing the outcome can be.  

You can also amend the operating agreement so that you, or him, is the soul managing member that makes all operating decisions on behalf of both partners, this way you resolve you two having to always agree on a single action.

However, it's clear to me there is an expiration date on this...retail can just suck the soul right out of you, so my expiration date with this is coming.  

Then no anther paper you put your heart and soul into it and complied with the MLA format.  

I guess I am doing a bit of soul searching which is why I put it out there.
