I've read you sing the praises of your lender (& you're an agent, so you actually know how to shop lenders), why don't you share your story too?

I need to figure out how to reply to these issues without making them mad so they approve it, but also telling them they need to sing up to fixing the sewer drain. 

How were you able to sing that?

If they're active they should have more than one person singing their praises and the occasional hateful post because, well, things don't always work out 100% of the time.  

The dishwashers were all singing along "We don't need no education...!"

I just singed up to BP and am currently looking at deals. i was wondering if there is a way i can use a note agreement with the sellers to help buy the property/ make the deal better for me and would i be able to do this with using a VA Loan.

He does a am inventory and sales comp for each city and the numbers he comes up with he says "if the cities were the same size"i have no idea how he comes up with comparables if the cities were the singe size.

I called them and they seem motivated, but when I got back Monday they said they had already singed a contract.  

They know when someone calls them to sell and the owner says they can sell that ugly house for x price, they have a buyer just one call away.Nothing irks me more than a real estate agent that want's to feed me deals by singing me up for a MLS saved search email list.
