Some rentals offered shorter leases (9 months) to go along with the semesters but the cost of the other three months were just spread out over the 9 month lease.

I’m actually in the process of house hacking as well.Fixing to finish my last semester in college.So this will be a great starting point.

I’m in school 9 credit hours, about to go to 12 (full time) next semester and working 40 hours a week.

Aside from putting the parents on the lease, I would to see the funds come directly from the school for the entire semester in advance.

One semester or full year?

It’s kinda like school where you start with an “A” of 100 and then get marked down to your final grade through the semester to your final grade.

I will pursue my license online this coming semester.  

I’ve decided to take 3 classes for two of the remaining semesters I have to be on track.

I've paid my way through college (last semester this summer) and will leave debt free and +40k in the bank to use toward REI.
