Your rolling with the wrong rollers

Just roller covers, trays, tape, caulk, screws, shims, etc... can be hundreds of dollars in the project.

Skate to where the puck is going as Wayne Gretzky would say.  

If a tax increase caused you to lose all profit, you must have been skating on thin ice in the first place.

I can't count the number of times I have been referred to as a "steam roller" or "bull dozer" once I get a goal in mind. haha Are there any other books specific to Multi Family that you would recommend?
